Intercity tickets are sold online through Bangladesh Railway's official e-ticketing site and app. You'll need to register with your NID or passport, and the name on your ticket must match your ID.
Popular routes sell out within minutes of opening before the Eid holidays, so note the date sales open and be logged in beforehand.
Keep the ticket on your phone — a screenshot is fine — and carry the same ID you booked with.
